On-site setup
About 2 to 3 hours at your office: confirm your business phone and where handoffs go, place a real missed call and watch the text-back arrive, review every automated message with you, and walk your team through the inbox.

You approve in writing
Nothing goes live until you sign off on the wording and your business number is properly registered for texting.

Go live and run
I handle the backend, fix issues and make improvements, and you get a one-page cheat sheet plus the STOP and opt-out rules.
