These Terms apply to this website and the LionReply signup form, which are operated by Lionhall Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Your specific service scope is agreed separately in a written project agreement before work begins. Last updated October 8, 2026.
Signing up
The form collects your name, business name, business phone, email, business type, lead sources, optional notes and contact consent. Signup requests a conversation about LionReply. It does not purchase a service, create a client relationship or commit you to a package. Information is used for contact only and is not sold.
Contact and texting
By checking the consent box you agree to receive calls, texts (including automated texts) and emails from Lionhall Ventures LLC about LionReply at the contact details you entered. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Email lhflores12@gmail.com to ask questions or stop other contact.
Approval before launch
No customer text is sent until you approve the wording in writing and your business number is properly registered for texting. STOP and opt-out handling are built into the setup.
Service expectations
LionReply does not promise leads, jobs, reviews, revenue or other results.
Your written agreement controls
If you become a client, your signed project agreement governs the services, including ownership, messaging compliance responsibilities, data handling and limits of liability. If these Terms and your signed agreement conflict, the agreement controls.
Using this site
This site and its content are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Lionhall Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or compliance advice.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute about this site is handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
